The Postcard Stamps were printed and packaged in packs for tourists to use on postcards sent home from New Zealand - they were printed in self adhesive sheets and were not available for general sale. The packs were sold from the 23rd of February 2004 at selected New Zealand Post outlets and stamp resellers in key tourism areas.
